If you change the way you do things, by thinking about what you need to do, you are developing new skills. People in the church can understand this, or it can be learned.

Change is a part of the human experience. In other words, if you change the way you do things, your thinking changes and your brain cells start to process information in a different way.

People get tired and they want it to stop. My brain cells also get tired, but it doesn’t feel like it.
